QE75Q80D Screen Issue or HDMI Cable or Settings problem

I have recently changed from a QE65Q80C to a QE75Q80D. 

While watching the new TV on certain shows only when there is a reflection of a background light off the screen of a character there is an unnatural glow/colour effect that looks out of place with the rest of the picture quality.

The colours appear to be too bright on some channels and not on others, from the same sky box.

Also having issues with the sound timing with lips moving a half second before the sound comes out of the sound bar.

Is this potentially an issue with the model or is this something I can clear in settings?

Hi, and welcome to the Samsung UK & EU forums. Is your soundbar a Samsung soundbar? Also, there is usually a delay setting on soundbars, so you can match it up with the TV. If you adjust the delay, you might find it syncs up with the TV.

JBL - I have looked to adjust the delay but it is not a consistent delay depending on which app or skybox the content is coming through,
