Hello, I often have problems with my television, which is recent (about 1 month), it hangs on applications and I cannot return to the home screen or turn off my television. What should I do ?

Hi @Konarovic 

 

Have you tried unplugging the TV for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in?

 

If the problems are still happening after that, look in Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care; and see if managing the storage space or self diagnosis options help or reveal something.

 

If you're still having the same problems after those, let us know the current full software version on the TV (Menu > Settings >  Support >  About This TV) and what devices you have connected to it.

Sorry for the delay i was testings yours solutions :
- unplug not work
- storage space don't reveal something

version : T-NKLBDEUC-1304.1, BT - S

i just have a nintendi switch connected
