QE55N90A - missing digital channels

Brilliant TV. First tune via digital aerial picks up BBC channels, but no ITV or Channel 4, or HD.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve returned but nothing else appears. My previous smart TV (Sony) was able to find all channels.

Thanks

Hi @MalGlasgow Know this is a new Tv but just checking you have the latest firmware 1805.4 which was released September 2021, if not can be downloaded to USB https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/QE55QN90AATXXU/  An idea which has worked for some is to remove the aerial which resets the memory. Obviously no channels will be found until you reconnect it but some missing channels may may  appear now.  The auto tune does not always work and a manual tune may be required .  If still problems another idea is a factory reset, see more information here https://www.freeview.co.uk/help/reception-picture-and-channels-troubleshooting-guide   https://www.samsung.com//support/tv-audio-video/add-free-to-air-channels-to-tv/  https://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/help-guides/freeview/troubleshooting-your-freeview-television-recept... https://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/help-guides/freeview/manual-retuning-to-restore-reception-or-missing...

Thanks for so much information. I've resurrected a retired Humax box which shows all the stations can be found - I will try your suggestions.
