TVPurchased this TV directly from Samsung in November ‘21 - pretty pleased with it on the whole. However, I recently unplugged the coaxial aerial cable from the TV and the whole port came out attached to the cable! A quick browse of various forums has highlighted that this is a fairly common fault.
I’ve phoned Samsung’s customer helpline, but they won’t acknowledge that this is a poor quality component, and say that the item has been damaged by me and as such is not covered by warranty. Their repair contractor has stated that it will cost £200-300 to fix!
