Last night my usually very reliable TV decided to freeze then switch off and ever since had been stuck trying to boot up. For a second the 'qled' logo appears then the screen goes black then it all happens over and over again.
It is definitely not a power issue or an HDMI issue. I see other people have reported the same issue. I've attempted to arrange a repair through this site but upon troubleshooting I just get told my issue is resolved and can never actually get to arrange a repair.
Can someone please point me in the direction of a repair agent or send me a link to log my fault without using the step by step troubleshooting thing? The fault is annoying but trying to get it resolved is so much more annoying!
