Q80T Qled ethernet issue

Collected brand new Q80t qled today...unfortunately it doesn't detect ethernet cable, has anyone found solution

Could we take the full model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV. Also, have you been able to test your TV with a different ethernet cable?

Yes tried different cable same issue, I believe there is a software update due in the coming weeks that "might" fix the issue...model code: QE49Q80TATXXU Software version: T-NKMDEUC-1403.1

There is indeed a later software version which is available now from the Samsung website. Have a look here.
