Q80c EPG and timeshift not working

I have following problem with rather new Samsung TV.

EPG guide is not opening, but if I start timeshift I can open the EPG (asking if I want to stop timeshift).

And even if timeshift is active (can see seconds running), I cannot use it. Not stop the nor go backwards.

what is wrong in here ?

I had exactly same issue in Finland with S90C but yesterday it start to work again.

I did not find any reason for this

Seems that there was some issues in Finland - as in here as well. My issue was solved few weeks ago - also without doing anything.
