Samsung Smart TV Q80C One Remote not working with TV360

Hi,

I have recently bought a Samsung Q80C 50 inch smart TV which gives the option of the One Remote controller working with Virgin TV360 box. However, it's not working.

I've tried using Arris DCX960 and Pace DCR7111 but neither work.

Does anyone have any suggestions
