I have just upgraded to the q990d soundbar, and I have a qe90b tv. But I cannot get the q symphony to work. I am connected to the tv via high speed hdmi cable using the earc. With my virgin box and bluray player connected to the soundbar. I have tried connecting my cable box to a different hdmi port and tried using tv arc setting. But no sound is heard at all. The q symphony option does not appear in the sound menu. I have reset the tv and soundbar but no joy. Any ideas of how to get this to work please.
