My dearest Samsung,

Unfortunately, I am one more user of the “magnificent” TV Series QE50Q60T UHD 4K. Reviews written in retailer sites- then at @Media Markt and now at Public Greece- made me believing that the investment of 499€ to get the specific TV is really worth.
Now, after only 4 years since I originally bought the TV, I and hundreds others realised the mockery of your side, as apparently you don’t care about your customers. Otherwise you would have been informed about the terrible reviews on your product, connected to screen issue, in sites like @skroutz

and not only

A problem which seems to be identified by your side

Based on your name and scale, someone would expect a public acceptance that eventually the product didn’t meet the described and advertised standards.
One interesting fact is that in many cases a faulty screen issue has been occurred just after the end of the guarantee period. Someone could say coincidence, or maybe not!
I cannot believe that such a huge brand like yours treats customers like that. I feel like I was misled by trusting you and spending so much money on a faulty product. On the top of that your technician in Greece asked for 350€ to replace the faulty screen and 40€ to estimate the damage. For a new screen that might also be proven faulty after a year or so, based on others reviews. More or less your Greek technical support suggest to buy again the same faulty product almost in the same price! THIS IS ABSURD!
Never mind, as I stated above I don’t believe that you care about your customers. I couldn’t find any statement of yours about this faulty product. And I really tried to find something! If by any chance I missed it, I would be more than thankful if you could forward it to me.
Contradictory to your approach, I care about the way that I am spending my money, so I would like to know if you consider doing something for my case. Personally, I want my money back so I can get a TV from a more trusted provider than yourselves and an apology for the deception about this TV model.

You've been unlucky, they sell millions of them TVs and you've managed to find 4 people with the same issue, so a very very very small %. Depending on where you got it, it may have a 5 year warranty and many UK retailers do. Fortunately and unfortunately technology is cheaper now which is great but this is also means repair isn't always a great option.

Its not just 4 people unfortunately.  There is an 8 page thread about this exact same issue titled:  Bizarre Issue with Samsung TV (QE50Q60TAU)
