Pink TV screen and no sound on Smart TV, occasionally when the TV is started. Sometimes it clears itself, other times it persists. TV is 3 years old. I've tried everything like changing HTMI cable end to end, and replaced it with a with a different cable, both failed to eliminate the occurrence. I've also done all the other stuff like updating firmware and other things in settings but again no effect. When it persists the only way I have found to make it go away is to switch off all power to the TV and my Sky +HD box, and then switch on again a few minutes later. This obviously suggests that there's nothing like some posts where an engineer has replaced a circuit board in the TV. Any suggestions gratefully received. It's just a pain as the reset can take several minutes.

Hi @Colin1944 If you go to Settings-Support-Device care-Self Diagnosis, try the Picture and Sounds Tests. If any errors here would need investigation, otherwise switch Tv off at the mains for 5 minutes and disconect external Devices before trying again.
