Problem in service menu TV UA55RU7100-Tuner setup

HI Dears,

The tuner in my UA55RU7100 TV stopped working after I accessed the service menu to make some screen adjustments. I changing the TV service menu, The TV cannot find digital channels.

Now the only way to display the image on the TV is to use the HDMI input.

After changing the tuner model in the service menu section and turning the TV on and off, the tuner settings return to their original state.(S_T2C)

Hey @Archiran! Can you confirm if you purchased this TV in Iran or abroad?

Hi dear, I have bought a TV in Iran, but Samsung in Iran has no after sales service, no warranty and no warranty. The problem is that by changing the tuner and restarting the TV, the settings revert to the previous state.

Hi @Archiran, Sounds correct that it would revert, as the tuner type can't  actually be customised from what the TV was built with.
