I have a 2016 TV, so as well as disney plus not working on my smart TV I now have issues with Prime video. In recent days using either the smart remote or standard remote i can't select anything. All of the other buttons work but for some reason the most important button has stopped working. Any ideas?
I have tried all of above, turned off tv for 30 seconds or more then back on. Press Amazon Prime button, states for milli-second "amazon Prime is loading" then goes back to prevoius screen. Still no joy!!!
