Possible handshake issues with the 65" 2018 Q7

I have a major problem, possibly with the connect box. The Sky Q 2TB box takes around 30-40 seconds before being recognised. Sometimes it doesn`t get recognised at all. You view fires up and recognised immediately. PS somewhere in between. When I switch off the peripheral it doesn`t default back to TV or Sky, it just sits on the Denon page asking for power. I`ve changed cables and ports on the connect box. I reset the Q box but still the same.

Anyone else with similar or can advise?
