Poor signal strength and quality in certain channels - Samsung 32 Inch UE32T5300CEXXU Smart Full HD HDR LED TV

Just bought a UE32T5300CEXXU, had numerous issues so far.

Latest is that certain channels are pixelating.

I have checked the signal information and on certain channels the Bit error is 0, signal strength is 100% and Quality 100% (eg BBC1&2) and then other channels have 500-2000 bit error, 50% signal strength and 14-17% quality. 

What is causing this and how to fix?

99% of the time that would be an issue with the signal coming in, so aerial signal. Only way to be 100% is get another TV or set top box to test.

Nope, used cable out of tv in front room and on that LG TV have no signal issues...the problem is either poor quality connector on Samsung or poor quality receiver.
