Is this usual Samsung experience?

new TV

diagnosed as faulty, wifi not working, refused refund, Samsung (following hours on the phone), customer solutions hanging up the call, managers promise call backs, never happen, no escalation, hour long queues! Dreadful attitude!

repaired and left in a hurry!

image shows tv AFTER attempted repair!

samsung don’t recognise any issues!

Are Samsung really this bad? (not a question)!

Unfortunately you're not the only one. I'm seriously thinking of selling all my samsung devices and convert to Apple. Their customer service is appalling, their promotions are a scam and their online shop support is illegal to say the least. I was a complaint manager for years and if we gave such service we would have given thousands in compensation!Really disgusted and disappointed in a brand that I believed in.
