Is this usual Samsung experience?
diagnosed as faulty, wifi not working, refused refund, Samsung (following hours on the phone), customer solutions hanging up the call, managers promise call backs, never happen, no escalation, hour long queues! Dreadful attitude!
repaired and left in a hurry!
