We have a LE32B550A5W. It's worked perfectly for 15 years. Last night the picture stopped working. We can hear the sound. The remote powers on the TV, the menu button does not work, as the picture is gone. Is that it eol?

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

15Y, didn't owe us anything. TV shopping yesterday for the next 15Y investment. Upgraded on the cards for sure. We were looking at 43" QLED but the sales guy convinced us the 50" model would be better, higher refresh rate 50" Q60C QLED
