im trying to connect the tv to one connect box but onlt the following 3 icons display followed by the smart tv icon and then a black screen. Seems to be on a loop. Does not reapond to remote control at all. Please help.
@Ermir4: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV? Did the One Connect box come packaged with the TV, or was it a separate purchase? Are you using the Invisible Cable to establish the connection? In the meantime, for a step by step connection guide, please check the link below.
