Returned TV to retailer as faulty it would not connect to SKY Q via HDMI , Samsung technical attempted to resolve via on line support session but were unable to , this in addition to the fact the One Connect is in fact not a one connect as it still needs TV aerial to the TV . The TV was a 32 inch 2020 version Samsung Frame .
