I have a Samsung Frame Smart TV. For some reason whenever I hit the pause/play button on my remote I’m seeing a circle appear on the screen with the remote buttons. How do I get rid of it? Never saw it before until tonight. Thanks for your help.
This just started on our s95b for the first time last night. We’ve had the TV for a month, but this has just started. Would love to get rid of it if anyone knows how.
It's the remote unit itself that's bad. It's under warranty for a year so try to get it replaced. It's not the TV... it's the Roku remote. New remote fixed my problem
