No collage option 2024 samsung frame tv

My husband and I just purchased 2 frame tvs after watching marketing that showed we could select 2 or 3 images to create a collage with our family photos. But when I open my photos on the samsung smartthings app, I can only select one photo.  I dont have the option to select 3 and create a collage etc. Is there a workaround?

Hello, struggling with same problem but what i can tell you is that it indeed was possible and working to create a collage of two or more pictures ... have done it on my 2023 the frame but recently am unable to repeat the steps as the function simply seems to be "gone" !

thanks Samsung #1 for selling us a premium priced product and afterwards stripping advertised features away.

before, it was also possible to combine own pictures and art store pictures to a Slideshow by marking them as favorites... also an option that seems to be gone for good, meaning it's now either or...

thanks @Samsung#2 for another function simply gone...

further the smart things app behaves ever more strangely with each version, always telling me to switch Phone to same wifi as the tv (which they definitely are) and not letting me do anything else until app is force-closed.

so finally thanks @Samsung #3 for torturing your customers with this hellish piece of beta-software.... and for making the choice for future purchases easier by not considering Samsung products again.

I've been going in circles trying to get help from Support through the app with no luck. If I add screenshots, they tell me the screenshot doesn't go through. 

If I reply to their email, I get undeliverable errors. Their ticketing system is awful.

I sent another response today with a screenshot of the app showing 3 attachments, but I fully expect it to bounce back again. 

If anyone gets an official response, please share it!

Still an issue, just remove a simple feature. Will avoid future purchase, such a bummer not being able to simply put arrangement of pictures of my kids.

I have got around this problem by downloading the free PicCollage App on my iphone.  Choose GRIDS and upload the photos from your phone in the collage grid of your choice. Then upload to TV.

Samsung said I could do collages in Smartthings if I took out (paid) from membership of Smartthings, very annoying as it used to be a free functionality

Are you talking about the art subscription? Getting that would give you the collage option for your own photos ?

To be honest I am not sure what membership Samsung meant in their reply to me. I just know I found an alternative that worked for me
