Hello:
I'm in the process of setting up this new TV. I have run into more than a few problems. Perhaps someone can assist; perhaps there is no fix.
1. More of the storage is taken and there is very little disk space available for app install. This appears to be a known issue and there is not a fix available. Plugging in a USB flash drive into the only USB port is not a fix. There is a long forum post going back to 2018 on this.
2. Lots of bloatware came preinstalled and there is no way to remove it. This is also a known issue and there appears to to be no way to resolve it. Correct?
3. A lack of available apps: no CNN go, no Fox go no ABC, there were many others. However without the disk space it doesn't matter. The NBC app will install but will not launch. It sticks at the splash screen even after several removals/re-installs.
I would appreciate any feedback if there are work-arounds for any of the above. I only had the TV a few hours. It will be returned otherwise.
