tried playing a video from USB.  it worked but had screen description voice overlayed.  this option in settings shows disabled. I played a different file and I don't have it. the other selectable  languages don't seem to have it.  I play the file on pc vlc player, and there is no way to get the voice-over.

 

what do you think?

@8rager: This sounds like an issue with the video files itself, as Audio Description on the TV itself only works with broadcasts that support the feature (Settings > General > Accessibility > Audio Description Settings). Try checking the folder for the affected video on your PC to see if there are any audio description files included, and delete them accordingly.
