Bought a Frame TV yesterday. Installed it today. Ten hours stuck in update mode. Spent an hour on hold with Samsung support. They hung up on me.
DO NOT BUY THIS TV. My experience with other brands that have software update issues (looking at you Bose) is they are persistently bad and occur frequently.
Now I have to box this TV back up and take it back. I'll try Sony.

Did our colleagues run through any troubleshooting steps? Could you provide a photo of what you are seeing? Also, can you confirm your TVs model number? This is located on the back of the TV.
