Update on QE55S90 with HW-S800B - sound cutting out

Following the excellent Firmware thread I noticed that there was a new release, although available via download and USB update only at this time.

Having followed the process at the weekend and reinstated the soundbar I haven't noticed any drops in the sound at all. There is still a sync issue sometimes that causes an audible echo but otherwise I'd say the issue was resolved.

I can confirm, my s90c tv and my s800b soundbar constantly loose sound on wifi and tv + wifi. I hope they fix this bug and push fw update soon!

Hi-did you get a solution? Just bought an S800B soundbar to use with WiFi connection and constantly cuts out :(.

No, its software related problem. Before 1420 it was ok.
