Hello everyone,
I had a defect TV, they changed my LCD panel 3 times, then they realized it was one of the motherboards. Anyway they factory reset the TV multiple times with their service remote, I'm not sure what they have deleted or changed, but now my model code is being displayed as 0, before the TV model was there. I would like to know my model, but it's not there, and the TV is wall mounted so I can't see it in the back.
Also now I don't know if I can register the TV is I wanted to. Did these guys put a broken firmware or did something that the TV is not at it's factory settings?
