New Samsung 4k tv with missing channels and bbc

Hi just upgraded our old Samsung to new 4k Samsung. We are missing channels that we had on our old Samsung. Tried retuneing and removing ariel but nothing worked. Also did a factory reset. We are in the UK. Any suggestions to fix this?

having the same probs with mine... Samsung technician came out twice but still missing #264. # 271. #212 and few more. Thinking of returning back to shop because I bought a SMART tv specifically for these channels. My older model have these channels 😞

Same here. Many Freeview Channels will not tune in.
Some go out of tune when watching. example Quest goes on and off Quest +1 is not available. I've tried all the re-tuning factory reset stuff Plus my old tv's kitchen/bedroom get all freeview no problem so its not my ariel signal, it is the NU8000 TV. Which is strangely no longer on sale !
