New Samsung 4k tv with missing channels and bbc

Hi just upgraded our old Samsung to new 4k Samsung. We are missing channels that we had on our old Samsung. Tried retuneing and removing ariel but nothing worked. Also did a factory reset. We are in the UK. Any suggestions to fix this?

Have you used the " auto tuning " function or you've searched manually ?
While tuning, have you searched for digital & analog or just digital ?

Can you go back to "auto tuning " and select both ? ( analog & digital)

done but we only getting 6 channels and Samsung plus tv

will do we had them all on previous tv only got new one today thank you
