Network interference

Hi Iv recently bought a Samsung 55” series 7 UE55TU7020Kxxu and it says it’s connected to the internet but when I try and set it up it says network interference can anyone please help?

Yes no problem with the Ariel, I bought this tv for myself last month installed it and it worked fine up and running in 20 minutes. Iv installed the same tv at my mums today I have all the channels but no internet tv connection. The tv says it’s connected to the internet and when I click on the Netflix or Amazon button it asks me to set up the internet settings. I click on that...keeping in mind it says connected to the internet and then says network interference and I can’t get any side of the internet tv to work
