Hi @shuge Welcome to the Samsung Community 😀
Do you have the latest firmware which can be checked on the Samsung support site , you have not named the model but it can be found via a search. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/

Ideas include the following:
switching off Tv for 30 seconds and Rebooting router simultaneously, a soft Reset (pressing and holding power button on Smart Remote for around 5 seconds until Tv reboots. Another idea is to change the DNS settings. Go to Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings. Change from Automatic to to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. (Google servers) or 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 (Open DNS) .

Hi @haslo Helps to name the model.

However check the certified Devices here https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/help/questions/supported-devices/samsung

is there is any difference between the standard and Beta version of iplayer?

Ensure the Tv and app are on the latest updates, iplayer may be set to Auto update though.  You could try reinstalling the app to see if that helps, an idea also to try a soft Reboot by holding in the power button for around 5 seconds until the Tv reboots as this clears the cache.

You may though need to switch the Tv off at the mains and reboot your router simultaneously for around 30 seconds before trying again.  A Factory reset is sometimes necessary mind you.

If you have been in touch with iplayer to no avail know though of ocasssions when there has been an issue at Samsung's end  and you could contact support if it remains unresolved.

Hi @shuge, just wanted to let you know that I've moved your post to here in the TV section, as it's more likely to be seen by people who will be able to provide you with assistance. 🙂
