Hi
If I look on the apps page I can see that my TV showing an up to date version of Netflix (version 5.2.59020 of 18/01/2024). However if I try to open the app the screen goes black and does nothing - help!! All other apps are working fine

Hi @macca53 Try signing out/back in and reinstalling the app firstly. If none of these work I would suggest rebooting both the TV and your router, leave it for 30 seconds before reconnecting. Even if other apps fine sometimes can be an issue with Bandwidth.

Hi @JAMES4578 I had tried the usual stuff like rebooting, but the thing that got me back up and running was reinstalling the app! Thanks for your help
