My TV model UN32EH5300 was working fine till yesterday when the wifi connectivity was lost.
I plugged/ uplugged the router and the TV, I reseted the TV to factory setting, I changed the DNS to 18.104.22.168 , but nothing worked. The TV see the WIFI networks, but the connection to the router always failed. I also tried to connect with 2 different router networks, extender network and cell hotspot, but...nothing. The wifi network is working because more devices are connected and neother one has a connectivity issue. Could you advise me?
Hey @Mickytlrom, sorry to hear about this issue with the TV. You have already tried pretty much every troubleshooting step on this one. Can you share what software version is the TV running on? You can find this on: Menu > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.
