My Samsung smart tv 49NU7090 Won't connect to any device

Please i need help fixing this issue. I recently got a Samsung smart tv 49NU7090 and i notice i cant not connect to my samsung soundbar or any other bluetooth device. I tried searching to pair but it doesnt see any device. However,  i can connect the soundbar to other devices. I notice the bluetooth doesnt have a known address on the about me section on the tv. Please what do i need to do so i can fix this.
