Multiview on QE55Q65CAUXXU

Hi,

I recently bought a 55inch Q65C TV which I'm really happy with for the most part.

I've been playing around with multiview but I can't seem to get it to do what I want and wondered if anyone knew if this was possible.  Basically I want to have the YouTube app playing full screen with terrestrial TV playing in the small window.

When I try to create a view the only options for the small window I get are 'Mobile Device', PC and camera.

Is this expected behaviour?

Hi, I was about to say you can't, but I came to that conclusion maybe 2 years ago, but happy to report after some testing all sources are now available, also tried Full screen YouTube with Sky PiP.

Once you select both views, pick one and make it the main PIP.

When I create a view I see this:

Then I select the source for number 1.   When I then try to select a source for number 2 I see this:

I can only select from the three on the right hand side.  Mobile device, PC or Camera.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if my particular model is incapable of this.

Odd can you try selecting number 1 as Samsung TV or Sky and then see what options you get on the right

It doesn't matter what I select for number1, the only options I get on the right hand side are Mobile Device, PC and Camera.

Odd when I got into Mutliscreen, it automatically now have 1 as Sky and for 2 I have Samsung Tav, YouTube, 5, then my Ring cameras.

Are you doing this with the remote of screen mirroring from your mobile?

I'm doing it with my remote (tried with both the standard one and the solar one).

Hmm, I'm not sure, mate.

The last thing I can suggest is to go to settings, support, device care, and select start device care, it might close whatever is stopping it seeing the other apps.

What other sources do you have connected to the TV?

Just tried Device Care.  Didn't make any difference unfortunately.

I've got a Virgin V6 box, an XBox One X and a Sony Blu-ray player connected.
