Lost Freesat/Satellite signal after firmware update 1651.8 - Samsung Q80B TV

As per title, my TV updated to firmware 1651.8 yesterday and we immediately lost freesat signal. I have tried rescanning numerous times and fiddling with settings, but the TV is not picking up anything on freesat or satellite. Signal strength shows as 0%.

I have tested with a second LG TV and that picks up freesat perfectly using the same cable connection, so this confirms it is a software issue with the TV and it is not an issue with the dish alignment.

Would a factory reset help and will this rollback the firware upgrade? I would ideally like to avoid having to reinstall and login to the numerous apps.

We continue to have lots of problems we also have bt tv which can’t be accessed at least a couple of times a month. We don’t have any issues with out Panasonic and Sony tv, if anyone reads this and can return their tv do so, if I could afford it I would throw the tv in a skip.

Sorry for my rudeness
My TV has also been upgraded to this firmware
and something went wrong

Local brightness adjustment no longer works, the screen is always at maximum backlighting

you can see this url and there will be more detailed instructions

Same thing with QN85b

Local dimming doesn't work after the 1651 update, the backlight is spread out, brightness is always at max and video content now has some weird pixelization effect, it looks like the upscaler is broken as well

Samsung doesn't even try to deal with a long-standing problem and offers to fix an expensive TV at my expense

And of course, technical support doesn't even tell me the approximate date of the next firmware release because it's "confidential data"
