Hello Community, 

I'd like your advice about an old issue on my Smart TV that ruined my life :/.

Once in a while, I had everything working well my TV was normal, and I  was connected successfully to WIFI before getting an annoying loop looking for a Wireless connection but nothing happened after the searching was done.

Software version 

No netowrk

Loop looking for Wirless conncetions

MAC Adress hidden ?

Solutions I've prompted before getting to you:

*Reset network setting

*Factory Reset

*Upgrade to the new August software release !!

I'd like to draw your attention that my MAC & Bluetooth addresses have disappeared since I had this problem and the last message that I got from Network status was ''Invalid MAc Adress"

Could anyone help me, please?

Hi @Divix120   can you switch off Tv at the mains for 30 seconds and reboot your Router, after wards try reconnecting and see if this makes a difference.

Another possible solution is to change the DNS settings. Go to Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings. Change from Automatic to to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. (Google servers) or 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 (Open DNS)

I know  a few customers had a similar issue with mac address and it reappeared  after changing the DNS Settings.

Is there an option to connect via ethernet? Far more reliable and would solve your issue I think.

Hi James,

Done for rebooting TV sévère time and also unplug and reolug power supplier but no way.

For rebooting modem i Guess that' will not resolve the issue cuz i tried to connect from multiple interet source even Hotspot on my phone not detected .

Unfortunately and since i am not connected i have no access to DNS setting.
