Seems like I’ve wasted days trying to get Samsungs built un - Useless irritating live tv plus disabled. It’s impossible.
I will never purchase another product from any company that forces their personal will on its customers like this.
atrocious and disappointed and disgusted.
good by Samsung for ever. I’d rather throw these tvs out or give them away than waste one more moment of my life on this company.

@rrichm999: This is not how we want our customers to feel when using our products, so I would like the chance to look into this for you, to see if anything can be done to change your perspective. At this stage, please confirm the model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV, and I will look into this further for you.
In the meantime, please take a look at the link below to see if you're able to disable Samsung TV Plus by following the model-specific steps.

I would suggest your company look at this apps reviews. It n Amazon alone - about 30% of all users give the app a score of 1 or 2. Many mention Samsung. So I would suggest you look at what testing you do before you approve apps to be live in production. There is a flaw in your quality control.
streaming apps are not new
I do know I’m not going to purchase anymore Samsung products until there is official you have invested in testing your software. The customers should not have to waist days and days trying to figure out what’s wrong. Most sadly probably don’t realize it’s the tv they bought which is the problem; however you’d be hard pressed to find bad reviews that don’t reference Samsung and one other brand. Good luck
