less cluttered Remote Control needed

hi all, I have the ue43tu7100, great tv for the bedroom, but i hate the remote contril, its the one with netflix rakuten prime buttons, its too cluttered and way too fiddly when you suffer with Parkinson's 

Could anybody suggest a much less clutered simple  alternative?
