Hi, I have 8 month old Samsung smart TV, its connected to my Virgin router and I'm pushing 256 maps, so the problem.i have is the TV every now and then and quite often with lose connection and the screen will go blank, the TV is in the same room as the broadband hub, also I have a smart TV Upstairs in the bedroom and no problems on that one, 
Please help before the wife starts 🙏 also maybe it's a fault with the TV???

Could we take the full model code and current software version of the TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
