KS8000 Picture issues

Afternoon , 

After a bit of advice.  After a very hot day last week I've noticed my TV has been flickering slightly and randomly across the whole screen , I unplugged and left disconnected overnight and it was fine the next day.

Cue today , another hot day and it's doing it again , I have unplugged all inputs after testing it happens across all inputs (PS4 , Chromecast) and it's still there , I am quite sure it co-incides with the heat.

I have tried all the usual picture tests , updates , setting changes etc 

The screen flicker is very slight and very quick , the picture almost jumps up 1/2" and goes very white before returning to a normal picture , all in the space of a split second and it's driving me nuts 😬

Has anyone seen this before or know the cause ?

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have your TV placed in direct light, or near a window? Have you tried moving the TV to see if this still happens?

No it's not in direct sunlight , it's wall mounted a good distance from the window

this is a global issue with the KS8000 series, mine lasted 4 years and then the flickering issue happens, seems samsung US are replacing for customers or lose them.... https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/HD-and-UHD-TVs/65-quot-KS8000-Screen-Flicker-Glitching-Due-to-Ov... how about getting me a replacement..? 4 years is ridiculous for a £2k tv...
