Fom my understanding, the KS8000 has a native 120hz panel with MR240.
Is it possible for Samsung to push out an updated EDID to these TVs to add 1080p 120hz or 1440p 120hz to the TV's supported resolutions list? Both of these resolutions should be within the bandwidth limitations of HDMI 2.0, just with 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 subsampling at 1440p 120hz.
I'm sure there are a lot of owners that would be happy to finally use 120hz on this TV with their new Xbox and Playstation consoles.
