k8500 Apps not loading

Hope someone can help...

I have a k8500 UHD / Blu-ray player, and want to download Spotify to listen to music using my AV setup. However I can't see any apps on the Samsung Apps page, just the WebBrowser. I can look at "Most Popular", "What's New" and "Categories" but can't find Spotify in any of those. When I go to the SmartHub I see the "Samsung Smart TV" splash page/image, but it doesn't load or do anything.

I also have a Samsung TV, but had no issues with loading apps there.

(I have reset the SmartHub on the k8500)

Current firmware: 1015

Az adott oldal a Samsung részéről teljesen megszünt. Már semmilyen Blu-Ray tartalmat,lejátszót nem támogatnak.

i am trying to download netflix app via samsumg k8500 player which is showing in available app but when i tried to install it, an error appears 'download failed" what to do
