Judder/Screen tearing on high end content. UE55AU7020

Hi.

Upgrading from my ue49mu6100 to this TV the UE55AU7020 running latest firmware we encountered some problems we did never have before and I am not understanding why this is happening.

Happens on multiple devices from strong (media)pcs to Google 4K TV with plex or kodi.

Even with a sync in framerate in plex or Google TV this issues continues.

Especially with higher end content but sometimes even with 1080p HDR or non HDR on fast phasing or random scenes it judders for a second or tears up the picture and then continues to work. Is this CPU " Crystal UHD" to weak to play regular content or upscale it a bit? My 49" never had such problems. 

Tried multiple picture modes and motiom judder on and off no help.

Disables all the eco options.

Factory reset.

Is there anything I can try to resolve this issue?

The Au7020 is the model below entry level so 60hz pannel and the Processor more a less only stretched the images to 4k doesn't really do any upsclaing. You can try play with the motion settings but being a low end chip and 60hz pannel you won't get far.
