Just bought this 85” Samsung TV 2023. Saw another post from 2019 and apparently Samsung doesn’t care about this issue. Having to unplug/plug to erase the frozen caption is ridiculous. We demand a solution!!

That certainly not what we like to hear. Could you give us a little more info regarding this? It may help if you could send us a photo of the frozen caption and a description as to when this occurs.
