I’ve been trying to use ITVX over several months on my ue50nu7400. App loads content choices and on selecting an item to watch, I keep getting an error message “Something went wrong - sorry, looks like there’s an issue with ITVX at our end. Please try again later”. Have tried on multiple occasions, restarted TV, reset cache. All other on demand apps seem to be working just not ITVX so know it’s not a network issue.

It was purchased in 2018 so believe it should still be OK with ITVX - I understand the unsupported versions are pre-2016. I’ve contacted ITV too, but sadly no reply.

@TV-Emily yes it is a 2018 model and should be fine. Try this which is advice for similar issue , press 0 0 0 0 7 7 7 on Remoteand Reboot both Tv and router for 10 seconds (even if other on demand Apps are ok)
