My 2019 Q7 TV works well, everything OK except the ITV Hub will not play anything. I can log into my ITV account and it blocks anything playing. BBC iplayer, Netflix etc all work OK. ITV hub works on my other TVs in the house. Software is upto date, app has been removed and reloaded to no avail. Please help
