iPlayer not working on Ue55es8000 TV - Page 2

BBC iplayer has stopped working on our Ue55es8000 tv. The screen does not get past “LOADING”.

That's great news @Gosloon! Out of interest, do you know what the engineer did to acheive this?

Not exactly. He did do a general reset and then somehow he go to the Samsung hub reset. I’m hoping he will send me more details.

@Gosloon, Glad to hear the engineer managed to fix the problem via Remote Support-if you receive more details perhaps you can let us know.
