iPlayer keeps logging out

Does anyone else have this issue. I have to log into it every day! Tv is 

UE43RU7020

@RichardTaylor: Please can you exit out of iPlayer and SmartHub, then go to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now, to check for any available updates. Have you tried signing in to iPlayer on another device to see if it remembers your details?

Thanks for getting in contact. Tv is on the latest firmware, iplayer has been re-installed. I am logged in on my Samsung tv upstairs and I've never been logged out.

I even created a new account to see if that worked, but I'm still being logged out.

Issue solved.

 

i went to settings>broadcasting>HbbTV 

 

turned OFF do not track

turned OFF private browsing.

 

Reloaded iplayer and my account was there!

This is what worked for me.

Settings
   >Broadcasting
      >Expert Settings
         >HbbTV Settings
            >Do Not Track - Off

I left private browsing on and works just the same.

It's a wise precaution to either delete your browsing history on a regular basis, keep it private or better still both.

Set Software update to automatic and you will never have to worry about that. It will just update it's-self as and when an update becomes available.
