Hi I have a 7 series TV,and I am in able to connect to my router wirelessly,I know the internet is up I have received booted the router twice and entered my pass code twice,and the TV says there no connection wirelessly,can any body help ?

What's the model code and software version of the TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.
