When I try to stream content from channel 4 I get the error code 4001 stream geoblock not available in your current location. All the other streaming apps work perfectly. I can view channel 4 via the TV's browser. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have reset my TV. I know my IP is in the UK. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to solve this issue? The app was working perfectly until 5 days ago.
The model number is QE55Q65CAUXXU. The TV's software is up to date as is the app.
